Who am I?
My name is Ann Maasbøl, and I have had a natural interest in the development of the mind and the human inner resources throughout my life.
My years abroad, and starting a family with my husband, have sparked a growing interest in psychological well-being and mental strategies. Having lived in different countries and cultures has given me a broad understanding of the many ways we as humans meet life's challenges.
I am a trained Master Coach from Think About It and a certified Metacognitive Coach at Mind Institute. MCT has given me a clear and effective tool to help people create mental peace, reduce overthinking and regain focus in everyday life.
My approach is characterized by respect, remaining present and a strong belief that we all have the ability to change our mental habits - and thus create a life with greater freedom and balance.
